This body, made merely of flesh, bones, and nerves, with the head, feet, and limbs proportionately formed like a palmyra tree, is unstable and perishable.
I, who have wandered helplessly in this world without even a single day free from confusion, pray that this transient body may no longer bind me.
Grant me the grace to abandon the bonds of worldly attachment and ignorance, and through true wisdom realize the Perfect, Eternal, All-pervading Supreme Reality. Bless me to attain that exalted state of direct spiritual experience and union with the Divine.
