I praise You as the One who grants the highest state of freedom from worldly bondage.
You are the great teacher who explained the deepest meaning of the sacred scriptures even to Lord Shiva, the Supreme Being with three eyes. Because of Your extraordinary wisdom, even the countless celestial beings and divine guardians bow before Your holy feet and worship You with devotion.
You are the mighty force behind the destruction of arrogance and evil. The power that destroyed the ten-headed Ravana, the power involved in the great cosmic events such as the churning of the ocean with the mountain as the churning rod, and the power that can transform the brilliance of daytime into the darkness of night — all these divine acts reflect Your supreme strength and glory.
You are the One who removes the hardships and suffering of Your devotees. You are the supreme truth admired even by Lord Vishnu. With boundless affection and compassion, You protect those who seek refuge in You. Grant me Your grace and rescue me from the difficulties of worldly existence.

The guardians of all eight directions, the powerful Bhairavas, and other celestial beings gather to praise You. They create wonderful rhythms and melodies, offering worship through music and devotion. The entire divine world rejoices in Your greatness and celebrates Your glory.
The sounds of mighty drums echo across the battlefield. The fierce rhythms of war resound as heroes advance with courage and strength. The battlefield becomes a place where divine justice is established, and the forces of evil are challenged and overcome.
O Great Lord Muruga! You rose with divine power and destroyed the arrogant demons who opposed righteousness. You defeated the forces of darkness, removed evil from the world, and restored peace and harmony. You are the victorious Lord who protects the universe.
